Sonic R Help Neocities Mirror

This is a mirror of the HTML help files included on the Sonic R CD. (Specifically the one that came with the Sonic 3D Blast and Sonic R Twin Pack, in case that matters.) I've noticed these weren't uploaded anywhere else, so Neocities seemed like a good enough place. These are completely unmodified from their original form apart from fixing broken hyperlinks from *.html to *.htm. This is maintained by InvisibleUp, so if something breaks go yell at her.
